Heat treatment and welding

Heating of the product during heat treatment is performed in both furnaces with an oxidizing atmosphere or with a protective atmosphere in a vacuum and inert gas environment. Hardening of parts with complex configuration is carried out in closed-die at the "Gleason" installation. The following types of heat and chemical-heat treatment are applied: burning, normalizing, hardening, gas and ion nitriding, carburizing, carbonitriding, sulphurization, cold treatment.

Diffusion welding is a process for production of steel-bronze bimetallic structures on the semi-automatic installation P-111. The maximum dimensions of welded parts: 200 x 200 mm.

Electron beam welding is carried out with an electron beam in a vacuum to obtain a high quality of welded joints of structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum, nickel and titanium alloys. The maximum circumferential welds with diameter of 70 mm, workpiece height is 100 mm.

Types of welding: point welding, argon-arc welding, seam resistance welding, and condenser energy-storage welding.
